Courtyard - Proposed Energy Efficient Offices Kingsbridge Estates was instrumental in gaining planning consent with Henry Adams (Planning) Ltd, for offices, designed by Miller Hughes Architects from an original concept by John Brown Architect, on a brownfield site at a business park near Chichester. The scheme started with the demolition of a grain store which had reached the end of its economic life, thanks to the imposition of empty business rates, following legislative changes.

We liked the concept of single storey offices, as occupiers want large amounts of natural light, as well as their own front door and identity. This is not always the case in shared or multi storey units. These beliefs were instrumental in determining the physical depth of the offices and allowing for maximum natural light.

We are now marketing the units to let in a variety of sizes, in readiness for a January 2011 completion. Details may be found here.
