Kingsbridge Estates appoints new Chief Executive

Kingsbridge Estates are pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Fry as the company's new chief executive. 

Chris Fry joins the company from LaSalle Investment Management where he was a senior fund manager and Head of Real Return and Index-Linked Investment Strategies, accountable for more than £3bn of assets under management.

Chris Fry joined LaSalle in 2005 from Schroders Plc where he was a fund manager, prior to which he trained and qualified as a chartered surveyor at Gerald Eve. Throughout his career, he has gained significant experience in: fund management, asset management, investment transactions and product development. He is an experienced investor across the UK and across asset classes with significant experience in funding pre-let and speculative development.
