Kingsbridge Estates win Heritage Award 2012 for 40 North Street, Chichester Chichester City Council have announced that they will present Kingsbridge Estates with a Heritage Award for the refurbishment of 40 North Street, Chichester.

The grand building has been brought back to life through a sympathetic renovation and beautiful extension to the south side, now known as The Orangery.

Mark Hooper of Kingsbridge Estates said "this award is a fantastic recognition of the hard work and attention to detail shown by our architects, builders and entire team working on the project. We're extremely proud of the works achieved at 40 North Street that have totally brought it back to its former glory".

The ceremony will take place at The Assembly Rooms on North Street on Monday 4th February 2013.

Harry Groucott of MH Architects, Mark Hooper of Kingsbridge Estates and Steve Goad of W Stirlands will attend the event to receive the prized plaque.
