Welcome Key Blades and Fixings

February 4, 2021

A warm welcome to our second occupier at Concorde Park, Segensworth

We are pleased to welcome our second occupier at Concorde Park, our recently-completed development in Segensworth, Fareham.

Key Blades and Fixings has signed a five-year lease on the 4,445 sq ft Unit 4. The tools and equipment company sells online to the woodwork trades, and founders Mitch Hackshaw and Lee Coffin also have plans to include a trade counter at the site.

This is our second letting since Concorde Park, close to Junction 9 of the M27, became available to occupiers in late 2020. Car wrapping business Amigo Wraps was the first to move in, signing a 10-year lease on the 3,000 sq ft Unit 2.

Concorde Park is a 91,000 sq ft site with 10 units ranging from 3,000 sq ft to 40,000 sq ft, developed speculatively by Kingsbridge Estates to BREEAM “Very Good” standard as part of our strategy of creating quality schemes that meet the need for quality commercial space across the south.

All units have loading facilities, high quality first-floor office space and a minimum eaves height of 8.4m.

Vail Williams manages the park on behalf of Kingsbridge Estates, and is our joint marketing agent along with CBRE.
