- Primary focus on industrial warehouse development and urban mixed-use redevelopment opportunities
- Gross development values £10-£50 million
- Existing commercial buildings with vacant possession or short leases
- Unconditional land (brownfield and greenfield)
- Consented development opportunities or sites with lapsed/refused planning consents or opportunities to enhance existing planning consents
- Land assembly opportunities
