Kingsbridge obtained planning consent for a scheme of 91,120 sq. ft in 10 units, ranging from approx. 3,000 sq. ft to 40,000 sq. ft.
The development project commenced in September 2019, completed in November 2020, and was sold to an institutional pension fund in January 2022.
The units offered excellent loading facilities, first floor, high quality office space and a minimum eaves height of 8.4m. They were specifically aimed at manufacturing, last mile delivery and high-tech employers.
The site was developed to a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ standard and achieved EPC A ratings, with sustainability at the heart of design and delivery.
