Kingsbridge is bringing forward a high-quality industrial and logistics scheme set to deliver £30m GDV following the acquisition of this site in North Gatwick.

The site has planning permission for the construction of two industrial units comprising 56,959 sq ft and 30,793 sq ft. The scheme will be delivered a target BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ and an EPC A energy performance rating.

Wilten Construction has been appointed as the main contractor, with practical completion expected in the first quarter of 2027.
