Kingsbridge has completed development of a new, highly sustainable 106,000 sq ft warehouse/logistics scheme on a 4.7-acre site at Segensworth, near Southampton.

Working with a joint venture partner, Kingsbridge acquired Ferne Park in 2023 (previously known as Chartwell Court).

The scheme has achieved exceptional ratings for sustainability, including EPC A+, BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and Net Zero Embodied Carbon.
