The 10.7-acre site at Sopers Lane, formerly owned by Siemens Plc, is just north of the town centre within a designed Employment Zone in the Poole Local Plan.

Kingsbridge has submitted a planning application to deliver a new 207,000 sq ft warehouse/commercial scheme upon this site. The first phase of development will deliver a 106,000 sq ft unit in the centre of the site. The second phase of development will bring forward smaller and mid-sized commercial units to support local employment and contribute positively to the local economy.
