Kingsbridge has secured and implemented planning consent for a major sustainable industrial development at Sopers Lane, Poole, with construction now underway on site. The 10.7 acre site, formerly owned by Siemens Plc and acquired by Kingsbridge in 2023, benefits from consent for a 207,000 sq ft scheme granted in May 2025.

The first phase comprises a 106,000 sq ft manufacturing facility pre let to IMI Poole (formerly Thompson Valves) targeted for PC in Autumn this year, supporting the retention of a long standing local employer. A second phase will deliver nine industrial units ranging from 3,750 sq ft to 26,000 sq ft, supporting local employment.

The scheme is targeting EPC A ratings and BREEAM ‘Excellent’.
