Kingsbridge acquired the Buttericks Factory on New Lane, Havant in 2019. Redevelopment of the site into Spring Business Park was completed in 2021.
The development, rated EPC A and BREEAM ‘Very Good’, provides 12 self-contained industrial/warehouse units built to Grade A specification, in two terraces with 122 car spaces.
It was fully let by Kingsbridge and sold for £14.775m to a local authority pension fund in January 2025.
