Kingsbridge Estates, in partnership with Bridges Fund Management acquired this key 16.5 site in Havant in November 2020.
This outstanding site provides 300,000 sq ft of manufacturing and distribution space and is vitally located close to A27 and A3.
Kingsbridge and Bridges are now planning a complete redevelopment of the site, to provide a comprehensive redevelopment for employment uses to support economic growth in the region.
The proposed new scheme will be highly sustainable – with a target BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ – and has the potential to create a significant number of additional local jobs. A planning application will be submitted early in the new year. This supports our long-term strategy to focus on meeting local demand for high quality industrial and logistics space in the South East.
The site was acquired from John Wyeth & Brother Limited (a subsidiary of pharmaceutical company Pfizer) who will remain in occupation under a short-term lease whilst they complete the relocation of their operations.
This is a key employment site in the region and we look forward to continuing to work with Havant Borough Council and local stakeholders to bring forward a scheme. Our plans will be shared shortly for public comment.

All comments received during the consultation period are now being carefully considered by the design team ahead of the planning application submission to the Council later this year.
