Kingsbridge Estates have recently acquired a site at Concorde Way, Segensworth, located within an established employment hub close to J9 M27.
We have obtained planning consent for a scheme of 93,775 sq ft in 10 units, ranging from 2,971 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft. The units will have excellent loading facilities, first floor, high quality office space and a minimum eaves height of 8.4m. They are specifically aimed at manufacturing, last mile delivery and high tech employers.
The site will be developed to a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ standard with sustainability at the heart of design and delivery.
The development project will commence in September 2019 and completed units are expected to be available to let from April 2020.
