Kingsbridge Estates have recently purchased the former Buttericks Factory on New Lane, Havant. This 2.5 acre site, known as Spring Business Park, comprises a 55,000 sq ft industrial building with ancillary offices, located on the popular and established New Lane Industrial Estate, just 2 miles from the connecting M27.

Planning permission has been approved and demolition is now underway with the main build due to start in February 2020. Amiri Construction have been retained as the main contractor to develop the site. The units should be ready for first occupiers by the end of October 2020.
