Jeremy Sharland joined Kingsbridge Estates as Development Director in 2021 where he manages the Company’s planning and development projects and works with the Investment Team to source new business opportunities.
Jeremy Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1998 with DTZ where he worked for 15 years. At DTZ he worked primarily in the London based Development team advising on large scale development projects and portfolios across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
He was a core member of the professional team advising SEGRO on the new masterplan for the Slough Trading Estate that sought to re-purpose the 100 year old estate to meet the changing demands of businesses. He also advised a range of global corporate occupiers as well as numerous Local Authorities including Birmingham City Council on the redevelopment of the former MG Rover car plant at Longbridge which has become a modern business park with a focus on innovation and technology.
Jeremy moved Quintain Ltd in 2011 where he was responsible for the delivery of mixed use and residential led developments at the 84 hectare Wembley Park regeneration scheme centred around that National Stadium.
At Quintain he delivered in excess of 2,400 apartments for the private sale and affordable markets as well as Build to Rent homes where he worked closely with Tipi, Quintain’s Build to Rent operating company.
Outside of work, he manages a local Under 12 football team in West Horsley and competes in a range of cycling races series across the South East.
