Spring Business Park enjoys visit from Councillor Alex Rennie, Leader of Havant Borough Council

We were pleased to welcome Councillor Alex Rennie, Leader of Havant Borough Council, to our completed Spring Business Park development at New Lane. On a tour of the site, which is around 70% let, Kingsbridge Estates Development Director, Jeremy Sharland and Cllr Rennie chatted with local business owners and employees.

They also visited Wayne Keeping, operations director of the charity Stella’s Voice. Kingsbridge Estates supports the charity by providing a storage unit at Spring to store vital supplies collected to help the people of Ukraine. Thanks to Natalie Fellows of Fellows Planning for inviting Cllr Rennie along.

Cllr Rennie said: “The newly completed Spring Business Park on New Lane shows again that Havant is open for business, with more firms choosing our Borough as a place for investment. This site will deliver more local employment opportunities and has allowed local companies to expand into larger new, modern premises. I look forward to seeing the last remaining units become occupied in the coming months.”
