Steel frames are in place and construction is progressing at our new development of three high-quality, sustainable warehouse units in Hook, Hampshire.

Our long-standing construction partner, Amiri Construction, is on site at the former location of a derelict and vacant office building. The name of the development, Connect 5, reflects the site’s convenient location close to Junction 5 of the M3.

The project will deliver a 37,800 sq ft unit and two 9,280 sq ft units, which can be combined if required creating employment opportunities and bringing investment to a previously underused site.

Features include secure service yards, generous power supply, and mezzanine floors with fitted offices.

In line with Kingsbridge’s commitment to developing to the highest sustainability standards, Connect 5 offers a range of impressive sustainability features including a targeted BREEAM “Outstanding” rating, EPC A+ energy performance, on-roof solar PV and a 100% electric energy strategy.
