Double success as two Kingsbridge team members achieve professional qualifications

Two Kingsbridge team members have achieved professional qualifications.

Fiona Day, Assistant Asset Manager, (pictured right) becomes a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). RICS is a globally recognised body which promotes and enforces the highest professional standards in the development and management of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure.

The qualification comes after more than three years of study by Fiona, who previously completed a Masters Degree in Real Estate at Kingston University. Candidates must complete studies, submit a file of evidence of real-world experience, and pass an interview with a panel to qualify.She joins our Development Director Jeremy Sharland, Investment Director Greg Lukasiewicz, Asset Manager Rachel Lacklison and Chief Executive Chris Fry as MRICS-qualified team members.

Fiona said: “It’s been an intensive process with lots of studying during evenings and weekends, as well as doing the day job. The team here have all been very supportive and I am proud to have achieved this qualification and to continue to play my part in the success of Kingsbridge. Now I have passed, I’m looking forward to having a little bit more spare time!”

Meanwhile Zanna Duncan, our Management Accountant, becomes a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

To achieve the qualification, Zanna studied for and sat a total of 13 examinations, as well as meeting performance objectives during her day-to-day work with Kingsbridge.

Zanna said: “I am grateful to the team here for all the support they have given me during my studies and pleased to have achieved this qualification as I progress my career at Kingsbridge.”
