Here is the new reception area welcoming visitors to our office building at Linea House, Fleet, following a refurbishment.

The light, modern space with distinctive feature lighting in the main atrium greets staff and guests at this convenient location on the M3 corridor. One suite remains available to let.

The refurbishment was carried out on behalf of Kingsbridge Estates by Vibe Interiors and project managed by Realest. With workplace wellbeing in mind, office plants have been provided by Green Team Interiors.

Aside from the welcoming reception area, the investment by Kingsbridge Estates included refurbishment of WCs, installation of a shower room and the use of energy efficient LED lighting throughout.

Linea House is a self-contained multi-let office building with Grade A office accommodation arranged over three floors. The available suite at 3,186 sq ft is on the ground floor and has 20 allocated parking spaces.
