SFE Group, a global leader in specialised fabrication tools, machining equipment and welding solutions, is to move into Unit 1 at Ferne Park, Fareham, a highly sustainable new industrial scheme developed by Kingsbridge.

SFE Group is to base its UK operations at Ferne Park Unit 1, a 17,862 sq ft standalone detached unit with private access and secure yard.

The deal follows the recent letting of 54,239 sq ft to heat exchange manufacturing specialists Kelvion, which will establish its new research and development and testing facility at the site.

Kingsbridge was advised by Lambert Smith Hampton and CBRE on the lettings, and Gowling WLG acted on the legals.

Ferne Park was completed in summer 2025 by Kingsbridge on the former Chartwell Court office site.

The agreement with SFE Group means only the 35,453 sq ft Unit 2 remains available to let at the scheme, one of the South Coast’s greenest industrial projects, with cutting-edge sustainability credentials including a BREEAM Outstanding rating, EPC A+, EV charging, buildings designed to be carbon neutral in operation, and dedicated solar panels. The unit benefits from dedicated access, entrance, and a secure yard, offering flexibility for future tenants.

Strategically positioned at the centre of the Segensworth Industrial Estate, close to Junction 9 of the M27, the site provides excellent transport links to Portsmouth, Southampton, and across the Solent corridor.
