Commercialproperty developer Kingsbridge has welcomed investment management and financial planning specialist TrinityBridge to Bottle Works, its office scheme in the heart of Guildford.
The business, formerly Close Brothers Asset Management, has moved its 11-strong team to the 1,600 sq ft top floor unit at the scheme at The Bars in Guildford town centre.
TrinityBridge joins law firm Penningtons Manches Cooper, accountancy advisory specialist BDO and fit out specialists Oktra at the location.
Rachel Lacklison, Asset Manager at Kingsbridge, said: “TrinityBridge adds to the impressive line-up of businesses which have chosen to use our exceptional, highly sustainable scheme as their base in Guildford. We warmly welcome the team to Bottle Works and wish them every success in their new home.”
Eddy Reynolds, Chief Executive Officer at TrinityBridge, said: “We are delighted with the opening of our Guildford office, our first new TrinityBridge office since we renamed in March. While we are a national firm, we are proud to strengthen our presence in the South and look forward to working closer with clients in the area and providing them with even more localised, personal support. Our clients are core to our business, and we can’t wait to welcome them to our exciting new space in the near future.”
Bottle Works, an historic and locally listed former bottling plant, was extensively refurbished by Kingsbridge in 2024 to meet demand for high quality workspace in Guildford. The scheme meets the BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard for sustainability, has an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) “A” rating, and is rated by Fitwel for building health.
There is limited space remaining at Bottle Works. For letting enquiries, contact Hannah Davies at DTRE at Hannah.davies@dtre.com or Will Foster at BNP Paribas at will.foster@realestate.bnpparibas and for more information visit www.bottle-works.co.uk
