We’re excited to unveil an updated brand and logo for Kingsbridge, and to launch our new website, as we prepare to mark two decades of growth and success in the South.

As our 20th anniversary comes up in 2024, we wanted to adopt a look and feel that reflects our ongoing strategy to deliver exceptional spaces for work, life and leisure.

We’ve also streamlined our name, dropping the word “Estates” so that we are known simply as Kingsbridge. These changes better reflect who we are as a business and as a team which is focused on delivering best in class spaces.

We are pleased to have seen our work recognised by our industry peers through awards, most recently winning Best Investment Transaction at the National Industrial Agents Awards 2023 for our £91m sustainable last-mile logistics scheme at New Lane, Havant, built for Amazon. We were also named Commercial Landlord of the Year at this year’s South Coast Property Awards, in recognition of our strong relationships with tenants of our office and industrial schemes.
