Working closely with Realest Property, Kingsbridge Estates has successfully let the Grade A office space at Cumberland House, in the heart of Southampton’s premier business district.
Cumberland House offers 17,000 sq ft of quality office space, and is to be occupied by Regus, the international service office provider. Regus was attracted to the central location, overlooking Issac Watts Park and close to the central railway station and public car parks. The property is now fully occupied, with Lucite and Coffin Mew in the remainder.
Kingsbridge purchased Cumberland House in January 2015 and undertook considerable refurbishment of the building.
